Fierce mental health advocate, counsellor, speaker, and huge believer in therapy.

Let’s face it,

we go through a lot during this journey called life.

I’ll be your friend, mentor, cheerleader, trusted counsellor and favourite presenter - tackling all of the big things in life, and all the small stuff too. 

With years in the mental health and wellbeing space, I’m working towards a world where we talk about how we’re feeling like we talk about our day.

My story starts

way back when I was still in school.

So many of the people in my life were struggling with their mental health, yet I felt so powerless to do anything for them.

I later went on to go through my own mental health struggles too,

so I get it.

I know what it’s like to feel disempowered, frustrated and feel like every day you’re fighting your mind.

You and I, we’re probably more similar than you’d think.
