I like to say that when life gives you lemons,

And boy oh boy, can life throw us a lot of lemons!

As someone who has personally sought out counselling (and is still linked in with a therapist!), I have such a huge belief in the whole concept of therapy. I have had some of my biggest breakthroughs and ‘aha’ moments in therapy and I am forever grateful to my therapist for helping me navigate some of my most challenging times.

This is why I do what I do. 

I am so passionate about helping other people have those ‘aha’ moments and get the most out of this one precious life that we have.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to vent about your struggles, unpack your thoughts, and support and guide you to help navigate life’s challenges so that you can live your most fulfilling life.

I can help you navigate a number of issues. Basically, nothing is ‘too small’ to come and chat with me about.

However, I’m particularly passionate about:

Forget everything you’ve seen in the movies about super scary & clinical counselling sessions… my approach is very different.

I draw on a number of different therapeutic approaches and techniques, depending on who is sitting in front of me, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Not from Sydney? No worries! I offer both in-person and Telehealth appointments.

In-person appointments are held in Caringbah (Sutherland Shire), and Telehealth is offered via Zoom. You can dial in from bed, there’s zero judgement here!

Sessions run for 60 minutes, and cost $100 + GST.
